We guarantees delivery for all orders. If your order is not successfully delivered to you within 45 days, please send us quick email with your order number and we will issue a full refund.
Customs Fee
In some countries, duties and taxes are required to be paid before the goods are released from customs. Customs fees are sole the responsibility of the customer. Story Cat Lovrer does not offer refunds or returns under circumstances where customs fees are not paid by the customer and orders are not cleared. Please note, in rare instances, custom agents may delay the release of orders at their discretion.

Return Policy
We offer a 14 days return policy for all products unused. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number, reason for returning and a picture of the product you would like to return. We will respond with your return shipping instructions. You are responsible for return postage.
Once we receive your item, a full/partial refund will be issued based on merchandise condition.
For situations of damage/detective or incorrect quantity/style, please send us an email at info@storycatlover.com with your order number and an image of the received package and items. We’ll be happy to help!
For orders with tracking status showing as “delivered”, we do not offer refunds/resends without proof of loss from the local post office.
Exchange
Currently, we do not accept exchange. For your convenience, we recommend submitting a return for a refund so you can place a new order for what you want!
Cancel Order
You can cancel your order before your package is shipped by contacting info@storycatlover.com. Once your package has shipped/left our warehouse i.e marked as “FULFILLED” and is automatically IN-TRANSIT to you, it’s no longer possible to cancel the order or make any changes whatsoever. WE CANNOT CANCEL OR REFUND AN ORDER “IN-TRANSIT”.
